Trevor was a real pleasure to work with. He gave me a very fair wholesale price, much better than the trade in value offered by a new car dealer I was negotiating with in parallel. Between the appraisal and completion of the sale (including a check to me for the purchase), I was at Philips a total of about a half hour.
